Privacy Policy

1. The short version

You can use the free tools without an account. We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not keep your media.

2. What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the service, bill it, and stop abuse:

• The media link you submit, and the technical metadata the source returns for it (title, duration, available formats).
• Job records: which tool ran, when, the outcome, the output size, and the tier it ran on.
• A session identifier stored in your browser, so your job history and wallet follow you between visits.
• A HASHED IP address for rate limiting and abuse detection. We store the hash, not the address.
• Account data if you create one: email address, plan, credit balance and ledger entries.
• Payment records held by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers.

3. What we do not collect

We do not store the media files after the retention window below. We do not read, share, sell or train any model on your files. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles.

4. How long we keep things

• Output files: deleted automatically within 24 hours of the job finishing.
• Job records (metadata only, no file content): kept while your account is active, or 90 days for anonymous sessions.
• Hashed IP + abuse signals: 30 days.
• Billing and ledger records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

5. Who processes data for us

We use infrastructure and payment providers acting as processors under contract: a CDN/edge provider for delivery, bot protection and object storage, and a payment provider for checkout and invoices. They process data only on our instructions.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you have an account, deleting it removes your profile, wallet and job history.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

8. Changes

If we make a material change we will update the "last updated" date and, for account holders, send an email before the change takes effect. This English version governs.
